human Cortical Neurons (hCNs)

HopCellTM human iPSC/ESC-Derived cortical neurons are populations representative of the six cortical layers with both excitatory glutaminergic neurons (about 70-80%) and GABAergic interneurons (about 20-30%). The neurons are electrically active and can form functional synapses and neuronal networks in vitro, starting from day 7-14 after inducing differentiation. Due to its purity and stability, this culture can be maintained to more than 3 years in vitro.
